Publication furnished to all graded elementary and secondary schools for their use in providing for a comprehensive checking and record of the entire school system. It was intended to be helpful to local school authorities in setting forth existing conditions and directing attention to needed improvements and to serve as a convenient basis for discussion of outstanding problems with visiting department representatives. The form includes sections on organization, school plant, office records, equipment, pupils, teachers, school board, and superintendent. The 1933 volume also includes curriculum.
